Brix uses Varlock for one authored environment schema, generated types, explicit loading, provider resolution, and immutable deployment snapshots. Follow the focused workflow that owns each stage.

The authored schema is the source of truth for validation, generated TypeScript declarations, secrecy, and deployment exposure. Loading remains explicit so local commands, tests, and deployed runtimes use a known stage and provider boundary.
